Ingredients
4 salted potatoes
1 liter sunflower oil for frying
Salt to taste
Cheddar sauce for dipping or ketchup
Directions
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly with the wide blade of a grater.
Wash the potatoes in water to completely remove any starch (wash several times).
Heat the oil well and spread out the potatoes after drying them. Gradually place them in the oil in batches.
Stir gently to prevent them from sticking together.
When they are crispy, remove them from the oil, season with salt to taste, and serve with the dipping sauce.
