How to Make Turkish Pistachio Fingers
Ingredients
Baklava sheets
2 cups crushed pistachios
2 cups fine pistachios
1 cup ghee
Syrup
Preparation Method
Spread out the pastry sheet and brush it with ghee. Roll the beginning with a wooden stick, then sprinkle the entire surface of the sheet with pistachios.
Begin rolling and twisting the sheet. Once you've finished rolling, remove the wooden stick.
We continue this way until we've used up the dough.
Arrange the baklava fingers on a tray, cut them, and brush the surface with ghee.
We place parchment paper on top and bake at 180°C for three-quarters of an hour.
After removing them from the oven, drizzle them with the syrup and let them cool. Then, serve them on a serving platter.
