- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 2-3 slices of carrot
- 1 slice of lemon
- 2-3 mallow leaves
How to Make Herbal Tea for Dull Skin?
- A piece of fresh ginger about the size of a 1 TL coin will suffice. So, a small, round slice is enough. For carrots, 2-3 slices will be fine.
- We place a slice of lemon and 2-3 fresh or dried mallow flowers in a saucepan, add a glass of water, and let it steep.
- A single boil is enough; after it cools, continue this treatment every morning on an empty stomach for a month. Do not eat or drink anything for an hour after drinking it.
- Suitable for almost all skin tones; just make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
