 Ingredients

2 eggs


Half a cup of milk

1 red pepper

How to make it:


1. Break the eggs into a large bowl and whisk.

4. Divide the mixture between the cups, filling them halfway and placing them in a large pot. Add enough water to fill halfway up the cups, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
