Ingredients
2 eggs
Half a cup of milk
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 pinch of parsley
Half a cup of grated kashar cheese
How to make it:
1. Break the eggs into a large bowl and whisk.
2. Add the milk, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and whisk. Then add the olive oil.
3. Add the chopped green pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
4. Divide the mixture between the cups, filling them halfway and placing them in a large pot. Add enough water to fill halfway up the cups, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
5. When the eggs begin to rise and puff up, your omelets are ready.
