2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Half a cup of kashar cheese
How to make potato toast
1. Place the grated and squeezed potatoes in a large bowl.
2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, and grated kashar cheese and mix well.
3. Preheat your toaster oven. Fold the parchment paper to fit the toaster oven and spread the prepared filling inside.
4. Cook the potato toast in a preheated toaster oven until golden brown. Check occasionally.
