How to Make Lavender Dream Cheesecake Recipe?

  1. Let's run the biscuits through the food processor. Add the melted butter and mix, grease the mold, line it with baking paper, pour the biscuits into it, press them down with the bottom of a spoon or a glass, and put them in the refrigerator to cool.
  2. In a deep kneading bowl. Let's take the liquid ingredients and whisk them, add the starch and vanilla, whisk them, add the eggs one by one as you whisk, the volume will increase as you whisk, super 👍 it should be like that.
  3. Let's spread it over the biscuits we took from the fridge, shake them lightly and remove the air.
  4. Let's put it in the oven that we have preheated at 170 degrees and cook it for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 150 and cook it for 40 minutes.
  5. Turn off the oven, let it cool inside, then put it in the fridge and let it rest there for 1 night. It is very nice, but if you do not have time, 4 hours will be enough.
  6. For the lavender layer, bring half a tea glass of milk to a boil in a cezve, add 1 teaspoon of lavender and let it cool.
  7. Let's squeeze the juice of the red cabbage with the juicer. About 1 tea glass of juice comes out. Put this juice in the sauce pan, add the starch and mix.
  8. Turn on the stove, strain the lavender milk into the sauce, whisk constantly, and cook until it boils, then turn off the heat and break up the vanilla and chocolate chips, stirring until the chocolate melts.
  9. Don't worry, the cabbage smell doesn't remain because if you mix milk with cabbage, it takes on the scent, and there's lavender and chocolate.
  10. Let's stir the sauce occasionally so that it doesn't form a crust, when it cools down, let's pour it over the cheesecake we took from the fridge, you can decorate it as you like, as seen in the photo and video 🔥 Bon appetit.
