Materials:

4 dates

2 sun-dried apricots

1 small banana

2 teacups of oat bran

4 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts (unroasted)

1 teaspoon of cocoa

2 tablespoons of milk

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preparation:

If your dates are very dry, start by softening them. Place the dates and hot water in a bowl. Let them sit for about 6-7 minutes, then remove them from the water. Remove the pits from the softened dates. Chop the dried apricots into small pieces. Blend the dates, banana, milk, and apricots in a food processor. Then add the oat bran, cinnamon, and cocoa and blend a few more times. Finally, add the hazelnuts and mix them together with a spoon. Lightly wet your hands and take small pieces of the mixture, rolling them into balls. Repeat this process for all the mixture. Once finished, transfer to a plate and refrigerate until chilled. After a few hours, remove and enjoy.
