Tips for Increasing Water Consumption
In these winter months, there's a very important thing we often forget: water. We all know that water is crucial for our bodily functions, metabolic rate, and overall health. But many of us, especially in winter, neglect drinking water, saying, "I'm not thirsty." Also, contrary to popular belief, the coffee and tea we consume daily don't substitute for water; in fact, they increase the body's water needs, so be careful. So, how much water do we need daily? You can calculate it by multiplying your weight by 30 cc.
Tips to Make Drinking Water Easier During Winter
Having been reminded once again how important water is, I'd like you to take a look at the tips I've prepared to remind you to drink more water.
Suggestion 1: Make it a habit to use an app that reminds you to drink water daily.
Suggestion #2: Always keep a bottle or glass of water in your room.
Tip 3 : Instead of drinking large amounts of water at once, try drinking just one glass every hour.
Suggestion 4: Add color to the water. You can use any vegetables, fruits, or spices you like for this. To give you some ideas, I've prepared two detox water recipes for you.
