Exercising before breakfast removes 20% of body fat.

A recent study conducted by researchers at Northumbria University revealed that people who exercise early in the morning before breakfast can burn up to 20% more body fat.

Exercising before breakfast removes 20% of body fat.

The study involved 12 adults who participated in a morning run at 10:00 AM.

They ran either after breakfast or on an empty stomach, and all participants drank a chocolate milkshake after their workout as a supplement.

Later that day, the participants ate pasta until they were full.

Energy levels and fat expenditure were then measured at lunchtime, taking into account the amount of energy and fat burned during the morning exercise.

The study found that the volunteers who exercised in the morning did not burn extra calories

or experience increased appetite during the day to compensate for their previous activity.

However, the researchers observed that those who exercised on an empty stomach burned approximately 20% more fat compared to those who ate breakfast before exercising.

This means that exercising on an empty stomach contributes to greater fat loss.
